It is your responsibility to ensure that all goods that have been ordered can be delivered to your delivery address, and will fit through any entranceways / hallways /corridors, etc., en route to their final destination. You are also responsible for ensuring that they fit in the required location within the delivery address.All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer upon the delivery so that you may inspect the condition of all delivered goods before signing and returning the delivery note to the courier. Should any fault or damage be detected, this must be explicitly detailed on the delivery note.Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit unless you have indicated the occurrence of said damage on the delivery note.Whilst the utmost care is taken by all of our trained drivers, we are however unable to accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods being damaged in transit will unfortunately responsible for the delivery costs to the customer, as well as the return of stated goods to our warehouse.

What does my warranty cover?

Stains caused by:

  • Acids
  • Corrosives
  • Human and animal bodily fluids
  • Cosmetics
  • Paints
  • Dyes and dye transfer from newspaper print or clothing
  • All food and drink
  • Super glue and other adhesives
  • Caustics
  • Bleaches
  • Inks
  • Shoe Polish

Accidental Damage:

  • Rips
  • Scratches
  • Burns
  • Breakages, dents or chips
  • Water, liquid or heat marks
  • Scuffs
  • Punctures
  • Pet damage (Limited to 3 claims per period of insurance)

Staining and accidental damage must result from a sudden and accidental event. This policy does not provide cover for an accumulation or build up over a period of time (known as wear and tear).

Structural Defects:

  • Frame warpage and breakage
  • Peeling of veneered or laminate finishes
  • Lifting or peeling of the hide on leather furniture
  • Broken zips, castors, or buttons
  • Bending and breakage of metal components
  • Failure of recliner mechanisms; including electrical motors and associated electrical components

 

How do i return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item has not been assembled.In order to qualify for a full refund of the value of the item, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all contents, in a sellable condition.

Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to us and inspected by our staff to ensure it is in saleable condition.If you feel the item you have purchased from us is not as described, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 0121 493 4310 and we will do everything we can to ensure all issues are rectified to your complete satisfaction.
